SALES ASSOCIATE (CHANNEL  ACCOUNT)

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Deliver first-class customer service in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner via face-to-face and/or online transactions. Serves as a point of contact for consumers seeking to buy an item. Demonstrates product knowledge for the benefit of purchasers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs work duties in accordance with the company’s vision and mission statements, as well as its fundamental values.

2. Adheres to the company’s policies, processes, and systems as established in its employee handbook, memoranda, and other related issuance.

3. Demonstrates how CCTV and HYE Products functions to potential customers.

4. Meets and greets all customers as necessary.

5. Provides guidance to customers based on their previous purchases.

6. Helps customers find products that fit their needs and desires

6. Acts as a liaison between customers and managers.

7. Meets sales quotas to make sure that the company is selling enough product

8. Attends team meetings to stay up to date on the latest sales and new products

9. Uses experience and ongoing training to strengthen sales skills

10. Meets with other employees to discuss upcoming sales

11. Generates sales reports on time.

12. Performs any additional tasks and responsibilities that are equivalent, relevant, or connected to and/or implied by the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in any Business program with at least six (6) months of relevant job experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a basic knowledge of sales concepts and customer service standards, telephone etiquette, the ability to operate as part of a team and take initiative without direct supervision. Can show multitasking skills and capacity to perform under pressure. Good oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate successfully with individuals from other departments, are required.

STORE HELPER

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Store Helper is in charge of assisting the store sales personnel particularly in coordinating sales-related operations. Despite the fact that they are not responsible for selling, they play an important role in building great customer relationships by acting as an extension of the sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs work duties in accordance with the company’s vision and mission statements, as well as its fundamental values.

2. Adheres to the company’s policies, processes, and systems as established in its employee handbook, memoranda, and other related issuance.

3. Assists the store sales representative in purchase orders.

4. Checks the model of the item is correct before receiving it from the warehouse department.

5. Puts warranty stickers in CCTV and other HYE products.

6. Attends queries of store customers, when needed.

7. Performs any additional tasks and responsibilities that are equivalent, relevant, or connected to and/or implied by the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably a High School graduate with six (6) months’ relevant work experience in a retail store. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work as part of the team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision. Can demonstrate the ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

Can work under pressure and has the ability to work well with people in various departments.

ORDER ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Order Administration Associates are in charge of assisting the sales department and coordinating sales-related operations throughout the company. Despite the fact that they are not responsible for selling, they play an important role in building great customer relationships by acting as an extension of the sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs work duties in accordance with the company’s vision and mission statements, as well as its fundamental values.

2. Adheres to the company’s policies, processes, and systems as established in its employee handbook, memoranda, and other related issuance.

3. Manages the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

4. Ascertains the sufficiency of sales-related equipment or materials.

5. Receives all CCTV and other HYE product purchase orders.

6. Scans serial numbers and encodes them for use on issuance receipts.

7. Prepares CCTV and HYE products for release.

8. Releases purchase orders to the appropriate sales associate.

9. Lifts and delivers CCTV and HYE products occasionally and when necessary.

10. Packs items for delivery.

11. Maintains positive customer relations.

12. Performs any additional tasks and responsibilities that are equivalent, relevant, or connected to and/or implied by the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
